Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from Universitat de Barcelona (UB). Specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Doctor in Medicine from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). Master degree in Body Injury Assessment and Medical Expertise from UB. Associate lecturer of the Medical and Health Science Schools of UAB and Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. Reviewer of publications in the field of rehabilitation. She collaborates with the FRENA group (Risk Factors and Arterial Disease), in which she has participated in research in the field of brain gliomas (abnormal masses of tissue in the brain) and cognitive telerehabilitation, and in a multi-centre spasticity trial (motor function disorder) in the upper limbs.

She carries out health care activities in Neurorehabilitation care, in the Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromuscular, Child Neurorehabilitation and Spasticity Units. She also carries out treatment with botulinum toxin and is member of the Germans Trias Committee of Rare Diseases.
