The mission of the People Services Unit is to facilitate the relationship between patients and those who accompany them and the hospital.Therefore, it gives advice about health services, information about people's rights and duties and manages suggestions, complaints and appreciation.

• Emergency area (facilitator): 93 497 84 00 (Monday to Sunday, from 8 am to 9 pm, except holiday, from 10 am to 5 pm).
