Specialist in Pathological Anatomy. Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of Girona. Responsible for the area of digestive and hepatobiliopancretic pathology. Member of the committees of neuropathology, esophagogastric and hepato-biliary-pancreatic.

Graduate teacher at the Faculty of Medicine. She is currently pursuing PhD studies in the UAB's surgery and morphological sciences programme. She is a researcher in the area of neuropathology and is a member of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, the Spanish Neuropathology Club and the Spanish Society of Pathological Anatomy.
